52 crafts: part 25

i am back to school and now and trying to figure out this new routine with juggling school and work and the various other commitments i have, but i am loving it all the same. i really do love school :)

when i saw this fabric in amongst the sea of other fat quarters i knew instantly that i wanted to use it to make a new back-to-school pencil case for myself. i like that it's kind of quirky. i also lined it with some yellow scalloped fabric that i had on hand.

see, isn't it fun! and now here's a pic of me sporting my brand new glasses on the first day of school.
