happy birthday mom!
i knew my mom loved pennant banners so i wanted to make her something similar to put on her birthday card. i saw a card like this one somewhere on the internet a while back and knew it would be perfect for her! if i made a card like this again i think i would stitch over top of the pennants rather than stitch first and then glue on the pennants.
