right brain meets left brain

I had to laugh when I had realized today what I had done. As many of you know, I love lists and goals, and the beginnings of new months etc. Well anyways, for the past week or so I have been thinking about how I have been made and trying to understand how I can be highly creative and process things that way at times, and yet on other hand i can be highly analytical, detail orientated and a bit of a perfectionist at times. Ok a lot of a perfectionist! Today when I took a picture of my resolutions I just started to laugh; Here I had made some goals for myself for the year, but no, I couldn't just write it on a piece of paper I whipped out a giant owl rub-on, used recycled kraft paper and used a glue gun to attach a pretty pink bow! Oh yeah, I also shaded a bit with my pencil crayons, wrote in pink and then gave the words some definition in black pen. I guess this just goes to show how people who need lists and structure and need to have things done a particular way can also be creative at the same time! Lesson learned.
