Food File: Part 2

Apples and Homemade Caramel Sauce! Yum!


I was craving this quick snack the other night and after a short conversation with my mom to clarify what I was actually doing I got started!

Recipe:
Brown Sugar (about a 1/4 c.)
Generous Tbsp. of butter
Tbsp. or so of milk
A couple 'dashes' of cinnamon

Bring all ingredients to a boil and continue to stir for 2-3 minutes, make sure all the sugar is properly dissolved or melted, not sure the right word. Pour into a cute bowl and enjoy with fresh apple slices.
