52 Crafts: part 11

I almost had a little bit of a panic when I realized late into the evening on Saturday that I still hadn't done a craft for the week! I didn't want to get behind so I came up with the idea of this sewing needle case. The outside is left over Amy Butler fabric from the quilt I am working on and the lining is a light blue with just a very faint pattern. I used some gray-ish felt to keep the needles safe and then quickly stitched on a ribbon closure with a pretty blue button. I'm quite happy with how it turned out and now I don't need to go searching every time I need to hand stitch something down!
